Rare Bird Sea Piper Fudge

Prep time 5 mins | Total time 5 hours | Serving 12

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Pairing Suggestion – Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout

Instructions:

  • In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, and ½ cup Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout.
  • Microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Stir occasionally throughout.
  • Remove from microwave and stir in 1 cup chopped walnuts.
  • Line a dish with parchment paper, add mixture, and refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours or until firm.
  • Enjoy!
