Rare Bird Sea Piper Fudge

Ingredients:
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Pairing Suggestion – Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout
Instructions:
- In a microwave safe bowl, add 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips, 1 cup milk chocolate chips, 1 tbsp butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, and ½ cup Rare Bird Sea Porter Coffee Stout.
- Microwave for 3-5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. Stir occasionally throughout.
- Remove from microwave and stir in 1 cup chopped walnuts.
- Line a dish with parchment paper, add mixture, and refrigerate for 4 - 5 hours or until firm.
