Gahan Iron Bridge BBQ Sauce

Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gahan Iron Bridge Brown Ale
- 1.5 cups ketchup
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked sea salt (regular sea salt will do)
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ lime, juiced
Pairing Suggestion – Gahan Beacon Blonde Ale
Instructions:
- Mix all ingredients in a mason jar and shake until well combined. Refrigerate until use
- Enjoy!
