Spindrift Killick Session Buffalo Chicken Dip

Serving 6 | Prep time 15 minutes | Total time 40 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
  • ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce
  • 250 gm spreadable cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 cup Spindrift KIllick Session Lager
  • 2 sliced green onions

Pairing Suggestion – Toller Lime

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Combine all ingredients in a deep baking dish. Mix until well and top with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
  • Broil for 3 minutes to crisp cheese on top
  • Serve with French bread or on crackers
  • Enjoy!
