Spindrift Killick Session Buffalo Chicken Dip
Serving 6 | Prep time 15 minutes | Total time 40 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- ½ cup Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo sauce
- 250 gm spreadable cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 cup Spindrift KIllick Session Lager
- 2 sliced green onions
Pairing Suggestion – Toller Lime
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a deep baking dish. Mix until well and top with shredded cheddar cheese
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes
- Broil for 3 minutes to crisp cheese on top
- Serve with French bread or on crackers
- Enjoy!
