Painted Boat Michelada

Ingredients:

  • 355 ml Painted Boat Lager
  • ½ cup tomato juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked sea salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • Ice

Pairing Suggestion – Painted Boat Lager

Instructions:

  • Squeeze ½ lime on high brimmed plate and dip top of beer glass in juice.
  • Place 1 tsp celery salt and 1 tsp chilli powder on separate plate and dip top of glass in spice mix to coat the rim.
  • Add ½ cup tomato juice, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp hot sauce, 1 tsp smoked sea salt, 1 tsp pepper, and a splash of lime juice to glass and stir.
  • Add 355 ml Painted Boat Lager to glass.
  • Top with ice.
  • Serve with lime wedge.
  • Enjoy!
