Big Spruce Oatmeal Stout Ice-Cream Float

Ingredients:
- 2 dashes of vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
- 473 ml Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp pre whipped cream (can form)
- 50 gm high quality grated dark chocolate
Pairing Suggestion – Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout or Big Spruce Ra Ra Rasputin Imperial Stout
Instructions:
- Select two large glasses
- Add 1 dash of vanilla extract to each glass
- Drizzle 1 tbsp chocolate syrup down the inside of each glass
- Pour half the can of Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout in each glass
- Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass
- Top with 1 tbsp or more of pre whipped cream
- Grate 25 gm of high-quality chocolate over each glass
- Grab a spoon and enjoy!
