Big Spruce Oatmeal Stout Ice-Cream Float

Ingredients:

  • 2 dashes of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 473 ml Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp pre whipped cream (can form)
  • 50 gm high quality grated dark chocolate

Pairing Suggestion – Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout or Big Spruce Ra Ra Rasputin Imperial Stout

Instructions:

  • Select two large glasses
  • Add 1 dash of vanilla extract to each glass
  • Drizzle 1 tbsp chocolate syrup down the inside of each glass
  • Pour half the can of Big Spruce Cereal Killer Stout in each glass
  • Add 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream to each glass
  • Top with 1 tbsp or more of pre whipped cream
  • Grate 25 gm of high-quality chocolate over each glass
  • Grab a spoon and enjoy!
