Instructions:

  • In a bowl, place 1 sliced jalapeno pepper and 1 cup vinegar. Set aside until ready to use
  • Fry 3 strips of bacon until crispy and roughly chop. Set aside
  • To make cheese sauce, melt 2 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in 2 tbsp flour until well combined. Add ½ cups Propeller Pilsener and 1 cup whole milk, and continue to whisk for 3 minutes and until smooth and sauce has thickened.
  • Then whisk in 1 tsp worcestershire sauce, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tsp dijon mustard, 1 tsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp dried parsley.
  • Add 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, gradually allowing cheese to melt and mix with sauce. When well incorporated, set on low and stir occasionally until ready to serve
  • Heat 2 cups Propeller Pilsener and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat. Add all beef franks and poach for 5 minutes
  • Meanwhile, toast buns
