Everything they do is bold, from their neon retro signage to their flavourful beer lineup. Candid took over the space occupied by the former newspaper, the Antigonish Casket, as a welcomed addition to the university town. The brewery and taproom have a community hall feel where everyone is welcomed. With live events and weekly music, huge lineup of flavourful beers, retro vibes, and welcoming staff, this place has something for everyone. Their beers are vast, and range from bold DIPAs to Earl Grey infused brown ales, and everything in between. Our pick is their No Brainer Pale Ale with Blood Orange. It’s quite citricy, super refreshing, and absolutely delicious.
