Located at 16030 Central Ave, Inverness, Route 19 is home to a striking new building that has multiple levels, a great deck, and impressive ocean views. They have a pub style restaurant on site and regularly host live entertainment. Route 19 are also located next to the world class Cabot Cliffs golf course, so it’s a natural stopping place for 19th hole drinks. Standard beer offerings are available with seasonal or specialty brews like their Supernova NEIPA - a hazy citrus bomb!
Big Spruce hosts spectacular views of the Bras d’Or Lake and often have food and interesting treats to try. Some of their hops are grown on-site and they are Nova Scotia's only certified organic on-farm brewery. They have a line of familiar beer offerings but regularly release seasonal or specialty brews. Their annual release of the Ra Ra Rasputin barrel aged imperial stout is an excellent representation of style and flavour.
Located at 364 Keltic Drive in Sydney, Breton Brewing is a community hub for great beer, local entertainment, and good times. Their taproom hosts a range of draft options in addition to takeaway cans. The Breton Brewing space is lined with large beer hall style tables that encourage guests to get to know each other in true Cape Breton style. They have a line of standard beer offerings but regularly release seasonal or specialty brews. Their Strawberry Rhubarb Sour is an absolute treat.
