This is our Fancy French Toast. It is perfect for weekend brunch or for a midweek dinner. We used freshly cut bread, vanilla, honey, and eggs, of course. The finished dish was topped with fresh strawberries and filled with jam and cream cheese. It's just as good as dessert.
